We were psyched. We read online that they give out more tickets than seats so you should arrive early. The ticket suggests at least 90 minutes. But people line up from 7am onward. When we arrived at the Warner Bros garage at am, the security guard just grunted and pointed to the benches. When you park, be careful not to park in assigned spots. We were number 8 and 9 in line. You just sit there, inside a covered concrete garage until about 2pm.
No Warner Bros employee greets you before then. And the audience sitting there informs each other of the procedure. There is a drink and snack machine. And several restaurants nearby if someone saves your line spot. At least people were lined up by 2pm. Then came the VIP and Priority ticket holders. They get admitted first and if you are lucky, you will get admitted if there are seats after them. We watched sadly as tons of people went in before us even though we were there much earlier.
It is all about who you know. Only 24 people who waited got admitted. We were led over to the studio at pm for a 4pm show. You can bring a cell phone but they hold it with your license inside the studio. Not the same for VIPs.
By the time we got in, the rest of the audience were watching a Fuller House show on the monitor and a comedian kept you entertained. We were there until about 9pm. Yes, about 5 hours for filming but the time moves fast.
The comedian was good and gave out lots of signed stuff. The cast was great and talks to the audience. They also provide a small sandwich and bottle of water. But I can't believe that Warner Bros thinks it is acceptable to keep fans waiting in a garage so long on metal benches without backs.
They didn't even turn on ceiling fans until 2pm. They have tv monitors there -- they could have at least showed Tv shows or movies while we waited. And they should have a much better system so people don't waste their day and get turned away.
Why not check folks in early and give them a wristband? Ridiculous in to treat consumers this poorly. Please do better, Warner Bros!! Your fans deserve more! Date of experience: July Nancy wrote a review Jul West Chester, Ohio 5 contributions 21 helpful votes.
